A corporate buyout gives your group private access to the ranch, lodge, hunting areas, ponds, senderos, and outdoor gathering spaces for a weekend built around hospitality, land, wildlife, and authentic South Texas tradition.
Guests can enjoy guided dove and quail hunts, skeet shooting, fishing, ranch-style meals, sunset gatherings, safari-style ranch drives, stargazing, and custom activities designed around the group.
For select corporate retreats, a helicopter hog hunting experience may also be arranged as a premium add-on.

Lopez Ranch Properties has several ranch ponds with bass, catfish, perch, and bluegill, giving guests a relaxed way to enjoy the ranch between hunts and scheduled activities.
Evenings on the ranch are one of the highlights of the experience. Guests can gather outdoors for evening drinks while watching the deep red and orange sunsets that South Texas is known for.
With little to no light pollution, clear nights offer incredible stargazing and wide-open views of the night sky, including the Milky Way when conditions allow.
Safari-style ranch drives can also be arranged, giving guests a chance to see the property, wildlife, ponds, senderos, brush country, and open ranch country from a different perspective.

Helicopter Hog Hunting Add-On
For select private ranch buyouts, Lopez Ranch Properties can help arrange a helicopter hog hunting experience as a premium add-on to the weekend package.
This experience is separate from the standard ranch buyout, lodge use, meals, and guided bird hunts. Helicopter hog hunting is priced separately and must be scheduled in advance.
Due to aircraft weight limits and safety requirements, only two gunners may fly at a time with the pilot. For that reason, this experience is best suited for groups of four or more, allowing guests to rotate through the helicopter hunt while the rest of the group enjoys the ranch, lodge, and scheduled activities.
Pricing starts at $2,750 per person with a 4-person minimum.
Helicopter hog hunting is available only through properly permitted and insured aerial wildlife management operators and must be arranged with advance scheduling.
